However, for the sake of clarity a guide published by OIPC (Office of The Information &amp; Privacy Commissioner) provides the examples of list which the act includes and they are-\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>A corporation (including a strata Corporation)&nbsp;<\/li><li>A partnership<\/li><li>A doctor\u2019s office<\/li><li>An unincorporated Association&nbsp;<\/li><li>A charity,&nbsp; a society, a church or other religious organization, a sports club, trade Union<\/li><li>Political Party, a trust etc.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-Applicability of PIPA- Alberta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Section 3(2) of the act explicitly mentions the list of organization on which the act applies and they are &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Public Bodies regulated under FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act)<\/li><li>Personal information in some court documents&nbsp;<\/li><li>Collection, use or disclosure of personal Information where Federal Act applies&nbsp;<\/li><li>Jurnalistic, artistic, or literary purposes<\/li><li>Solicitor-client privilege etc.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Misc.
